Stacked

Wooden crates have made its mark in the interior design world. Here’s a great example of two stacked crates used as a side table. Charming, functional, and potentially affordable (finding better than buying).

This example is in line with my earlier post of recycling dresser drawers into wall-mounted display units/bookshelves.

And if it’s a pain in the butt to mount the crates to your wall, you can simply use them as bookshelves on the floor and stack as many (or as little) crates as you want. (On another note, check out the cute power cord disguise in this photo).

Crates also make simple, good looking storage solutions.
