I previously posted an Avocado Smoothie recipe which included Fuji apples. This one tastes better (and is less expensive)! All you need to do is blend one avocado, one frozen banana, several spoonfuls of (hormone-free) vanilla yogurt, some water, honey and you’re good to go. This tasted almost like melted green tea ice cream, except sweeter. It’s become my perfect post-jumping rope afternoon snack. Cheers to summer!
