Exercise Your Wrists

Hunched over in front of the computer all day all week can wreak havoc on the body. When I’m not mindful of my bad posture or forget to stretch throughout the day, my body throws a temper and tells me she’s not happy with me. So I stretch my arms, my legs, and do neck exercises. But for some reason, I tend to neglect my wrists, which doesn’t make any sense since I make them endure the same repetitive typing motion over a small keyboard all day long.  If you want to minimize the risk of injury to your wrists, practice these carpal tunnel syndrome exercises and watch these four exercises from yoga instructors and doctors designed to prevent wrist strain.
